Mexico has an eager market, but their infrastructure is severely lacking in terms of internet access. Less than a third of all Mexicans have internet access and many that do use dial-up connections.
If you pay for advertising to generate sales, consider targeting the northern half of of the country. These areas tend to be more educated, have higher incomes, and smaller households, which results is higher spending levels.
