Internet users in Germany are very likely to complete purchases with nearly 80% of them doing so this year. When you also consider that the German economy is much better off than most of the other countries in the world right now, this is a very positive sign. There has actually been a rise in disposable income in this country as it shrinks in the rest of the world.
The younger generations of Germans are one of the keys to this online market. Older generations are more likely to prefer shopping in retail stores while the younger crowds (34 and under) have embraced buying online for convenience and to save money.
